Coldest March In Fifty Years

With the news that March 2013 is set to be the coldest in Britain for fifty years, it was no surprise that record-breaking numbers of Britons will be flying to sunnier climes over the bank holiday weekend.  In its article on Tuesday, London newspaper Evening Standard reported that Gatwick Airport, a budget airline specialist, expects to break previous Easter records with 1.6 million passengers over the next two weeks.  Some of the most popular destinations are said to be Turkey, Spain, Egypt, Tunisia and Florida.  Read the full article here.
